Every order is covered by our warranty. Here’s exactly what’s included, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim.
Warranty period
Your warranty starts the day your product is marked as delivered — as determined by the tracking number assigned to your Order ID — and lasts for 3 months.
Issues covered
Dead on arrival
If your product isn’t working properly when it arrives — for example, the pods (or a single pod) only lasting up to 90 minutes — first try the steps in the Help section. If that doesn’t resolve it and you’re within 4 weeks of delivery, send us the following on WhatsApp:
- Order ID
- Date of delivery
- Serial number (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
Product stops working
If your product stops functioning within the warranty period, first try the steps in the Help section. If that doesn’t resolve it, send us:
- Order ID
- Date of delivery
- Serial number (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
- Video evidence (if applicable)
What voids your warranty
Software modifications
Unless instructed by customer support, any software modifications to your unit void the warranty.
Liquid damage
We can’t provide warranty service for any issues resulting from liquid damage.
Abnormal temperatures
Exposing the product to temperatures above 55°C or below 0°C.
Improper charging
- A cabled charging source providing more than 5V / 2A (10W)
- A wireless charging pad providing more than 5V / 1A (5W)
Extreme physical damage
Severe physical damage — dents or cracks on the exterior of the charging case or pods, or internal component damage — isn’t covered.
Resolution options
Depending on the circumstances, we offer up to two options: a refund or a replacement unit. In either case you may be asked to return the product and cover the return shipping to the warehouse.
